An Apology

Friends:

Sorry about not have a "Justice Tempered?" chapter today.  I wrote this twenty years ago and I needs to be re-written before posting.  My computer has been in the hospital for the past week and I find it very hard to work on my wife's.

I get my computer back tomorrow and will began working on another chapter and publish it as soon as it is finished.  Promise, no later than next Friday.

Thank You
Terry
